Everything you need to know about verifying AI answers and reviewing contracts with TrustLens AI.
Getting started
TrustLens AI has two tools. AI Answer Verification (on the homepage) checks whether an AI-generated answer is supported by real evidence. Contract Review (at /doc) reads a legal document and explains it in plain English. No account is needed to try either — free use is limited per day, and paid plans raise the limits.
Which tool do I need? If you have text an AI wrote and want to know if it's true, use AI Answer Verification. If you have a document someone wants you to sign or rely on, use Contract Review.
Verifying AI answers

Drop in any AI-generated answer — from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, or DeepSeek.
Extract
TrustLens breaks the answer into individual factual claims and flags which ones need checking.
Search
It searches the web for real evidence that supports or contradicts each claim.
Report
You get a trust score (0–100), a hallucination risk rating, a verdict for every claim, and the sources used.
Each claim is classified as Supported, Partially Supported, Unsupported, Contradicted, or Unverifiable. TrustLens never claims absolute truth — it reports what the available evidence shows, and links the sources so you can check them yourself.
Contract review
Upload
PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown — up to 5 MB and 30 pages. Or paste the text directly. Scanned/image-only PDFs aren't supported yet.
Classify
TrustLens identifies the document type — lease, employment agreement, NDA, vendor contract, loan, and more — with a confidence level.
Analyze
Every clause is explained in plain English: what it says, why it matters, its risk level, and questions to ask before signing. Every finding quotes the document — no quote, no finding.
Decide
You get a risk score, an executive summary showing where you could lose money, key obligations and deadlines, a shareable report link, and PDF download.
After analysis you can ask the document questions in the “Ask this document anything” chat (up to 10 per document) — answers quote the document or tell you the topic isn't addressed.
Important: Contract Review is decision support, not legal advice. It helps you understand a document and spot what deserves attention — it does not replace a licensed attorney.
Understanding scores
Trust score (AI answers) — higher is better
Risk score (contracts) — lower is better
Contract risk scoring is deterministic: the same findings always produce the same score. Any high-risk finding means a document can never score in the Low Risk band.
Plans & limits
Free: 5 verifications per day, no account needed. Pro ($7.99/month): unlimited verifications, full claim analysis, PDF reports. Plus ($14.99/month): everything in Pro, multi-model compare, and the browser extension. Business ($149/month): 5 team members, shared reports, team dashboard, and usage analytics. Full details on the pricing page. After payment your Pro key arrives by email — enter it on the site to unlock your plan.
Trust & privacy
Report retention:analyzed documents and reports are stored so that saved reports and share links work, and retained until you request deletion. Share links are unlisted — anyone with the link can view the report, so only share links to documents you're authorized to share. Uploaded files themselves are discarded after text extraction, and no AI models are trained on your content.
Privacy Mode:enable the “analyze without saving” checkbox on the contract review page and your document is processed in memory only — no report stored, no share link, nothing retained after the analysis.
Deleting reports: email wnguyen@myinfinivue.com with the report link and we'll delete the report and stored document text. Self-service deletion is on the roadmap.

FAQ
Is this legal advice?
No. TrustLens AI is a decision-support tool. For legal decisions, consult a licensed attorney.
Can the AI be wrong?
Yes. TrustLens reduces risk — it doesn't eliminate it. That's why every finding quotes its source: the document itself for contracts, linked web sources for AI answers. Check the quotes.
What file types are supported?
PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown, up to 5 MB and 30 pages. OCR for scanned documents is planned.
Why did the same contract get a slightly different score twice?
Scoring is deterministic, but the AI's clause detection can vary slightly between runs. We minimize this — if two runs differ dramatically, email us with the report links.
