User Agreement

The terms that govern your use of TrustLens AI. Written in plain English — because a verification company shouldn't hide behind legalese.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1.Acceptance of These Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Infinivue Inc., a Texas corporation, doing business as TrustLens AI ("TrustLens", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your use of the TrustLens AI website at canitrustai.company, the TrustLens browser extension, and all related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

2.What the Service Does

TrustLens AI provides two AI-powered tools: AI Answer Verification: you paste an AI-generated answer, and the Service extracts factual claims, searches the web for evidence, and produces a trust report with a trust score, hallucination risk rating, and sources. Contract Review (Document Intelligence): you upload or paste a document, and the Service identifies the document type, explains clauses in plain English, flags risks, and produces a risk score and report. Both tools are decision support. They help you understand information and documents — they do not make decisions for you and do not replace professional review.

3.No Professional Advice

The Service produces AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing the Service outputs is legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, or other professional advice, and no attorney-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship is created by using the Service. Trust scores and risk scores reflect what available evidence or document text shows — they are not statements of absolute truth, and they can be wrong. Before making any important decision (signing a contract, relying on a factual claim, taking financial or medical action), review the matter with an appropriately qualified professional.

4.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The Service is not directed at children under 13.

5.Your Content and Authorization

"Your Content" means text you paste, documents you upload, and questions you ask through the Service. You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service — to run the analysis, generate reports, and power saved reports and share links (unless you use Privacy Mode). You are responsible for Your Content. By submitting a document, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to analyze it, and that submitting it does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right. Do not upload documents you are not permitted to share, protected health information, credentials, or payment card numbers.

6.Privacy Mode

Contract Review offers a Privacy Mode ("analyze without saving"). When Privacy Mode is enabled, your document is processed in memory only: no report is stored, no share link is created, and nothing is retained after the analysis completes. The document text is still sent to our AI provider (Anthropic's Claude API) to perform the analysis, subject to their API terms, which do not permit training on your data by default. When Privacy Mode is off, extracted text and analysis reports are stored so your saved report and share link keep working. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.

7.Reports and Share Links

Saved reports live at unlisted URLs. They are not listed publicly or shown to other users, but anyone who has the exact link can view the report. Treat a report link like the underlying document itself: only share it with people you would show the document to. You are responsible for how you share report links.

8.Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy (at /legal/acceptable-use), which is part of this Agreement. In short: no illegal content, no malware, no fraud, no harassment, no uploading documents you aren't authorized to analyze, no reverse engineering, and no abuse of our APIs or rate limits. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

9.Plans, Payment, and Pro Keys

The Service offers a free tier with daily limits and paid subscription plans (Pro, Plus, Business) billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Current pricing is listed at canitrustai.company/pricing. After payment you receive a Pro key by email; entering it on the site unlocks your plan. Keep your Pro key confidential — you are responsible for use of the Service under your key. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

10.Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, trademarks, and content we create — belongs to TrustLens AI and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service. Reports generated for you from Your Content are yours to use. You may share, print, and download your reports for any lawful purpose.

11.Third-Party Services

The Service is built on third-party infrastructure: Anthropic (Claude API) performs the AI analysis, Tavily provides web evidence search, Supabase hosts our database, Vercel hosts the application, and Stripe processes payments. Your use of the Service involves processing by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from evidence sources in reports.

12.Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. AI systems make mistakes. We do not warrant that trust scores, risk scores, claim classifications, clause explanations, or any other output will be accurate, complete, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Evidence search reflects what was found on the web at the time of the query, which may itself be wrong or outdated.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustLens AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including decisions you make in reliance on Service output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustLens AI from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including uploading a document you were not authorized to analyze.

15.Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service becomes commercially impracticable. Where reasonable, we will give notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Your Content responsibilities, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) survive.

16.Changes to the Service or This Agreement

We are an evolving product and may add, change, or remove features. We may also update this Agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

17.Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at wnguyen@myinfinivue.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
